Clinical Director/BCBA

We are currently hiring a full time Clinical Director and BCBA to provide staff oversight, observations, supervision of cases, and training at our Freehold Preschool Center to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Qualified candidates must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the organization
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff
- Conduct measurable assessments and create evidence based treatment plans to target skills that relate to the core deficits of Autism.
- Provide caring support to the caregivers to ensure they understand the assessment results and treatment recommendations.
- Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to Behavior Technicians
- Analyze ABA data regularly and implement data driven program changes
- Ensure the highest level of care through rigorous review of behavior plans, treatment plans, and clinical data.

Requirements:
- Current BCBA license
- Outstanding clinical competence and judgment
- 2 years of clinical director experience required. 3-5 years preferred.
